1. Subscription Lifecycle & Management
The Homeopathic Clinic Success System (THCSS), operated by Samanta Growth Ventures LLP, provides practitioner workstation access under monthly and annual subscription plans. You may manage or request cancellation of your subscription at any time.
2. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your active subscription, first cancel the UPI mandate in your own UPI app, which is the only way to stop the Monthly plan charge, and then email support@thcss.in with your registered account email. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your current billing period, ensuring uninterrupted clinic workstation access through the term paid.
3. Refund Guidelines
Monthly plan: fees for active billing cycles are non-refundable once access has been provisioned. The 14-day evaluation lets you try the AI Assistant before your first charge. Annual plan: the Annual plan is a 12-month bundle of the THCSS AI Assistant and the THCSS annual course. First-time Annual customers can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, and a refund ends access to both the AI Assistant and the course. After 14 days the Annual fee is non-refundable. Renewals, reactivations, and repeat purchases are non-refundable. In cases of duplicate billing or administrative discrepancies, our support team will promptly issue full adjustments upon review.
4. Electronic Delivery & Non-Applicability of Shipping
THCSS is a 100% cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) clinical platform. No physical goods or tangible items are shipped. Account access credentials and workstation entitlements are provisioned electronically immediately upon verified subscription activation.
