How does the 14-day evaluation operate?
The monthly plan starts with a full 14-day evaluation. You have unrestricted access to all case-taking, repertory analysis, and prescription generation tools to thoroughly evaluate the platform in your practice.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. The Monthly plan runs on a UPI mandate, and cancelling that mandate in your own UPI app is the only way to stop the charge. To cancel before day 14 so that nothing is charged, cancel the mandate in your UPI app; contacting support alone does not stop the charge. For other billing questions, contact our support desk at support@thcss.in. Workstation access remains uninterrupted through the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
Does THCSS replace practitioner clinical judgment?
No. THCSS is designed strictly as a cognitive assistant and clinical decision-support workbench. The software organizes data, remembers symptoms, and scores rubrics deterministically, but the attending doctor keeps full prescribing and clinical authority.
How is patient clinical data protected?
We enforce a strict Clinical Data Quarantine policy. Case records and clinical notes are encrypted using AES-256 standards and are not mined, sold, or shared with third-party advertising or marketing systems.
How do existing practitioners log into their workstation?
Existing practitioners can log in directly at https://app.thcss.in using their authorized credentials.
